Working Rights

International students are allowed to work for 20 hours per week during the study at any point in time of the academic year. But after completion of the course, the working hours allowed depends on the level of the course and outside or within Auckland  Level 4-6 and Non-degree level 7,1-year of Post Study Open Work Permit would be granted to work within Auckland and 2 -years of Post Study Open Work Permit would be granted to work outside Auckland.
